About the role

  • Identify, source, negotiate, and onboard vendors that provide products and services suitable for senior living residents
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local, regional, and national vendors
  • Manage vendor contracts, pricing, service-level agreements, and compliance requirements
  • Evaluate vendor performance regularly to ensure quality, reliability, and value
  • Develop revenue-generating partnerships through sponsorships, co-branding, and vendor-funded inclusions
  • Identify upsell and cross-promotional opportunities within the welcome package program
  • Track and report revenue, cost savings, and ROI related to vendor partnerships
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align vendor offerings with broader marketing campaigns
  • Ensure all vendor materials and products align with company branding and messaging
  • Support community-level marketing efforts by leveraging vendor partnerships
  • Work closely with Community Directors, Operations, Marketing, and Resident Experience teams
  • Coordinate logistics, timelines, and inventory for smooth distribution of care packages
  • Act as the primary point of contact for vendor-related inquiries and escalations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in vendor management, partnerships, sales, or marketing
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple vendors and projects simultaneously
