About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provides quality clinical supervision and work direction to direct reports
Facilitates behavior programs based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Provides parent education and develops specific intervention activities
Conducts evaluations, case-management reviews, and quality assurance reviews
Manages and evaluates the performance of associates in assigned region
Provides training and onboarding for new associates
Functions as liaison between the organization, families, and community agencies
Travels as required

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree in ABA or related field
Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Current CPR certification
2-3 years of professional experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) in a multi-disciplinary team setting
Expert knowledge of scientifically validated methodologies and behavioral analytic approaches
Familiar with current related research findings
Competent in employing and directing behavior analytic methodologies
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
Ability to maintain customer service orientation and professionalism in all interactions.
Ability to communicate effectively, through oral and written skills
