About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for overseeing and driving the operational and financial performance of therapy services across multiple locations for both internal and TPN within a designated region
Leads and manages the Therapy Services Supervisors, Clinical Standard Directors, and Therapy Network Administration
Ensures the delivery of high-quality care, compliance with regulatory standards, and the achievement of organizational goals
Directs the team who coordinates therapy services, program planning, and implementation of policies and procedures
Provides clinical supervision and work direction to therapists and administrative staff, including training/skills enhancement, clinical consultation, and professional development
Plans, organizes, directs and evaluates program elements relating to the delivery of services for the Therapy Services programs
Ensures Therapy Supervisors meet productivity requirements and provide efficient and effective service in all areas of performance
Leads the interdisciplinary team
Functions as liaison between the organization, families, and other community agencies
Oversees the Therapy Provider Network including onboarding and exiting of providers; clinical quality reviews and service audits; contract negotiations and communications
Supports budget development, ensures productivity, project/department milestones/goals are met and adheres to approved budgets
Manages resources, monitors and provides input into the billing process, reviews financial statements, and ensures that business processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner
Represent and/or present the organization at various professional, governmental and public meetings concerning the services provided through the autism services program

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree from an accredited program in speech-language pathology, physical or occupational therapy
Current speech-language pathologist, Board of Occupational Therapy and/or Physical Therapy license issued by the state of California
Must possess and maintain a current CPR certification
5 years progressive experience working with children with disabilities, including autism; in which 3 years is management/supervisory experience
Experience working with children with special needs in the field of early intervention preferred
Ability to plan, coordinate and implement therapy services programs
Excellent clinical, administrative, and leadership skills
Very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
