Regional Vice President – Therapy Services

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for overseeing and driving the operational and financial performance of therapy services across multiple locations for both internal and TPN within a designated region
- Leads and manages the Therapy Services Supervisors, Clinical Standard Directors, and Therapy Network Administration
- Ensures the delivery of high-quality care, compliance with regulatory standards, and the achievement of organizational goals
- Directs the team who coordinates therapy services, program planning, and implementation of policies and procedures
- Provides clinical supervision and work direction to therapists and administrative staff, including training/skills enhancement, clinical consultation, and professional development
- Plans, organizes, directs and evaluates program elements relating to the delivery of services for the Therapy Services programs
- Ensures Therapy Supervisors meet productivity requirements and provide efficient and effective service in all areas of performance
- Leads the interdisciplinary team
- Functions as liaison between the organization, families, and other community agencies
- Oversees the Therapy Provider Network including onboarding and exiting of providers; clinical quality reviews and service audits; contract negotiations and communications
- Supports budget development, ensures productivity, project/department milestones/goals are met and adheres to approved budgets
- Manages resources, monitors and provides input into the billing process, reviews financial statements, and ensures that business processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Represent and/or present the organization at various professional, governmental and public meetings concerning the services provided through the autism services program
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree from an accredited program in speech-language pathology, physical or occupational therapy
- Current speech-language pathologist, Board of Occupational Therapy and/or Physical Therapy license issued by the state of California
- Must possess and maintain a current CPR certification
- 5 years progressive experience working with children with disabilities, including autism; in which 3 years is management/supervisory experience
- Experience working with children with special needs in the field of early intervention preferred
- Ability to plan, coordinate and implement therapy services programs
- Excellent clinical, administrative, and leadership skills
- Very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
