Senior Regional Vice President, Quality & Performance Excellence

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide strategic leadership for service quality, performance excellence, and compliance across Autism Services
- Establish vision, standards, and operating approach for quality assurance, performance monitoring, and regulatory adherence
- Drive consistency, accountability, and sustained improvement in service delivery
- Lead root cause analysis and remediation governance for quality gaps
- Monitor regulatory, payor, and contractual changes
- Build and maintain a data-informed quality strategy
- Lead continuous quality improvement and process redesign initiatives
- Build and lead a high-performing Quality Performance Excellence team
- Maintain awareness of emerging best practices and evolving standards relevant to autism services
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree or higher in behavior analysis, psychology, speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, healthcare administration, public health, organizational leadership, or a related field
- Active clinical licensure or certification required (e.g., BCBA/BCBA-D, Licensed Psychologist, Licensed SLP, Licensed OT)
- Professional certifications related to quality, compliance, or performance improvement strongly preferred (e.g., CPHQ, Lean, Six Sigma, OBM)
- Minimum of fifteen (15) years of progressive experience in healthcare, behavioral health, human services, or related field
- At least seven (7) years of leadership experience in roles with increasing scope and complexity
- Demonstrated experience leading quality assurance and compliance functions, including oversight of audits, monitoring programs, and remediation of gaps
- Proven experience designing and implementing performance and quality improvement systems
- Experience partnering with clinical leadership and service teams to define performance expectations
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives
- Experience building, leading, and scaling teams
- Experience working within highly regulated environments.
