About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Creatively source candidates through cold-calling, referrals, networking, email campaigns, and database searches
  • Understand client needs and job requirements across varied industries
  • Review resumes and screen candidates to assess fit for clients’ needs for various positions
  • Manage candidate pipelines using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Coordinate interviews and prepare candidates for success
  • Support onboarding and follow-up post-placement
  • Contribute to job postings and other recruiting initiatives as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Military-connected candidates strongly preferred (Veterans, Guard/Reserve, Military Spouses)
  • Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent experience)
  • 1+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, ideally in an agency setting
  • 2–5 years of professional experience in a fast-paced office environment
  • Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and ATS platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
