About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Creatively source candidates through cold-calling, referrals, networking, email campaigns, and database searches
Understand client needs and job requirements across varied industries
Review resumes and screen candidates to assess fit for clients’ needs for various positions
Manage candidate pipelines using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Coordinate interviews and prepare candidates for success
Support onboarding and follow-up post-placement
Contribute to job postings and other recruiting initiatives as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Military-connected candidates strongly preferred (Veterans, Guard/Reserve, Military Spouses)
Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent experience)
1+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, ideally in an agency setting
2–5 years of professional experience in a fast-paced office environment
Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and ATS platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
