About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Reviews delivery of behavior programs to subcontracted vendor participants
Evaluates subcontracted vendor’s programs for quality assurance
Reviews and approves treatment plans and progress reports
Assures authorization is active for each participant receiving subcontracted therapy
Troubleshoots and resolves subcontracted vendor/parent concerns
Evaluates effective subcontracted vendor service
Participates in all monthly meetings
Conducts annual vendor audits
Prepares and reports monthly caseload status

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in early childhood education/development, early childhood special education, special education, psychology or related field
Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA); Marriage Family Therapist (MFT) or licensed psychologist preferred
Current CPR certification card
3 years of related professional experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD)
Advanced knowledge of scientifically validated methodologies
Expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis
Competent in employing and directing behavior analytic methodologies
Strong clinical, administrative, and leadership skills
Case management experience required
Very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
