Key responsibilities & impact

Provide effective early intervention services in an inclusive and innovative manner
Set and monitor client goals and evaluate clients’ developmental progress
Meet or exceed EI individual billed hours and productivity targets
Collaborate with FoC shared services departments to ensure successful delivery of services
Ensure compliance, regulatory, and funder requirements are met

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required in one of the following disciplines: child development, special education, early childhood special education, social work or related field
At least 2 years of experience working with children who have been identified as having a developmental delay
Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Cantonese speaking highly desired
Understanding of key early intervention principles
Ability to engage children and families
Ability to work independently and to be flexible in changing work and client priorities
Ability to obtain and maintain criminal record clearance through the Department of Justice (DOJ)
