About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide effective early intervention services in an inclusive and innovative manner
  • Set and monitor client goals and evaluate clients’ developmental progress
  • Meet or exceed EI individual billed hours and productivity targets
  • Collaborate with FoC shared services departments to ensure successful delivery of services
  • Ensure compliance, regulatory, and funder requirements are met

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required in one of the following disciplines: child development, special education, early childhood special education, social work or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience working with children who have been identified as having a developmental delay
  • Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Cantonese speaking highly desired
  • Understanding of key early intervention principles
  • Ability to engage children and families
  • Ability to work independently and to be flexible in changing work and client priorities
  • Ability to obtain and maintain criminal record clearance through the Department of Justice (DOJ)
