About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage end-to-end interview scheduling, including phone screens, panel interviews, and final rounds
Serve as a central point of contact for recruiting operations, ensuring smooth workflow and communication across stakeholders
Develop and implement outreach and sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates
Screen applications and identify qualified candidates for hiring teams
Assist with job postings and development of job announcements for events and campaigns

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or GED required
2+ years of recruiting, recruiting coordination, or scheduling experience required
Experience supporting high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environments
Experience with online sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
Experience coordinating interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones strongly preferred
Non-profit or shared services recruiting experience is a plus
Experience supporting Hawaii-based teams is preferred
Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices
Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and Applicant Tracking Systems
