About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the main Marketing and Communications contact for Catalight Care Services (CCS).
Manage annual updates to the CCS Provider Manual
Draft, edit, and manage provider portal communications
Create and manage CCS e-newsletter content
Lead development of the annual CCS Year in Review
Provide executive-level presentation support
Analyze and report on project metrics
Proactively ensure website content remains current
Support annual conference marketing efforts

Requirements

What you’ll need

6–8 years of experience in marketing or communications
Bachelor's degree required
Exceptional writing, editing, and project management skills
Advanced PowerPoint capabilities
Deep proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
Experience working within web-based CMS platforms
Familiarity with project management platforms such as Monday.com
Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred
