About the role
- Participate in the development and delivery of Catalight Classroom’s high-quality, inclusive, and equity-informed educational experiences
- Design and develop engaging learning experiences across formats
- Develop course manuscripts as a foundational step in the instructional design process
- Apply instructional design models and best practices in online learning to guide course development
- Develop high-quality learning assets using tools such as Articulate Rise and Storyline, Vyond, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Manage the workflow of online course development
Requirements
- Three years' experience as an instructional design or learning experience designer
- Experience with Articulate Rise, Storyline, Camtasia, Vyond, and various LMS systems
- Experience designing and developing compelling learning experiences for adult learners
- Applicants must provide a portfolio demonstrating proficiency in Rise and Storyline
