Key responsibilities & impact

Monitoring and testing branch policies, procedures, and compliance activities
Performing branch visits to assess compliance and resolve non-conformances
Providing operational support for branch staff and internal departments
Supporting the Retail Operations Specialist Support line and email account
Assisting with the research and reconciliation of teller errors and cash adjustments
Resolving common software issues and user questions
Performing Retail Branch Reviews and Safe Deposit Reviews
Preparing and delivering training to the Retail Division as business needs dictate

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of retail banking experience
Experience with Eastern Bank teller line operations in a supervisory capacity
Overall knowledge of platform operations
Knowledge of branch applications (teller and platform systems)
Good written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of PC word processing, spreadsheets, database files
Ability to make sound decisions and identify discrepancies or inconsistencies
Strong computer skills and proficiency in written and verbal communications
Ability to interact effectively with other departments and management
High school or equivalent
