About the role
- Work closely with senior team members, with a main focus on financial analysis
- Conduct financial underwriting, due diligence review and transaction execution
- Perform comprehensive and in-depth company, real estate, and market analysis
- Participate in the creation of pitches, offering memorandums, and marketing materials
- Develop investment theses based on extensive market knowledge, research, and analytics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, with a preference for business, real estate, finance, and accounting concentration
- 2+ years of prior professional experience in real estate finance is required
- Strong financial analysis and Excel modeling skills
- Experience in ARGUS Enterprise is preferred but not required
- Proficient in performing quantitative and qualitative analysis of deals using financial modeling techniques
- Strong market research experience and interest contributing to strategic planning and idea generation
