About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide senior technical expertise ensuring that systems remain secure, reliable, and ready to support essential services
- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and development across our compute infrastructure
- Identify and resolve issues, implement improvements, and ensure systems are optimised for performance, security, and reliability
- Contribute to the organisation’s wider security posture through effective vulnerability management and firewall administration
- Collaborate with colleagues across IT and the wider organisation to ensure technology services are robust and secure
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in delivering Server Compute services in a large customer base
- Familiarity with Microsoft tooling and cloud services
- Experience of supporting large-scale infrastructure projects
- Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team
- Ability to plan and organise a varied workload for self and others, working to short deadlines
