Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the professional lead for Service Transition Management
- Provide strategic and technical expertise to ensure solutions are effectively planned, governed and delivered

Requirements
What you’ll need- Hold an ITIL qualification (Foundation level minimum, with relevant Practitioner certification)
- Has experience in Service Transition Management and ITIL best practice
- Have experience of IT governance within complex organisations, including designing and implementing controls and standards
- Can lead technical teams
- Are able to plan and deliver large-scale technical changes, releases, and transformation activity
