Providing legal advice and conducting case work in relation to civil and criminal litigation
Conducting a wide range of civil and criminal matters, including civil claims, judicial reviews, inquests, trading standards prosecutions and educations prosecutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Significant knowledge/specialism and experience of civil and criminal law and practice
Ability to provide prompt and accurate legal advice
Clarity in both written and oral communications
Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of personnel/organisations
Ability to draft complex and unusual documentation and to deal with complicated and multifaced issues
Experience of managing staff
Ability to undertake advocacy
