Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to support people within their homes.
Assess the persons current function/needs and create and implement a tailored treatment plan.
Enable people to regain independence and continue to live safely at home.
Help people get back to being independent following a period of illness or injury.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Has BSc in Physiotherapy/post grad MSc Physiotherapy with a HCPC registration
Have the ability to organise, prioritise and delegate workload
Are able to respond positively to change and to implement change initiatives
Are motivated to work flexibly within an inter-professional framework
Have the ability to meet the travel requirements of the role.
