About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collate, interpret and disseminate a diverse range of complex data and information related to the independent sector and Supply Management activities
- Manage the time-critical monitoring of homecare call data
- Communicate and negotiate with providers to reconcile and improve accuracy of data
- Support providers to encourage long-term behaviour change
Requirements
What you’ll need- Have knowledge and experience of using Excel for data manipulation and analysis
- Are able to identify and resolve data quality issues
- Have excellent data visualisation and report building skills
- Are able to communicate effectively with a range of people in a clear, concise and accurate manner
- Are a supportive and positive team player
