Business Development Representative
eAssist Dental Solutions. Qualify inbound marketing leads to identify sales opportunities.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Qualify inbound marketing leads to identify sales opportunities.
- Respond to inbound inquiries (calls and online chat) from potential clients.
- Conduct outbound calls to warm leads and new prospective accounts to educate, qualify, and generate interest in eAssist services.
- Schedule appointments/consultations for Sales Executives to provide personalized consultations.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficient in using CRM software and online communication tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Prior experience in lead generation or inside sales is a plus, but not required.
- Passion for helping businesses succeed and a desire to make a positive impact in the dental industry.
