About the role

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (role alignment, job posting, screening, interviews, and feedback)
  • Design and administer technical and behavioral assessments tailored to each area (Finance, Technology, Sales, etc.)
  • Manage the recruitment funnel and hiring metrics (time-to-fill, candidate sources, stage conversion rates)
  • Participate in creating employer branding campaigns and promoting vacancies on social media and partner platforms
  • Support onboarding of new hires, ensuring a positive experience aligned with Easely's culture
  • Monitor performance and engagement indicators (absenteeism, turnover, evaluation performance, etc.)
  • Support execution of cultural rituals (1:1s, All Hands, WBRs, large workshops "Aulões", and semiannual feedback sessions)
  • Contribute to structuring learning paths and development programs for operational and administrative teams
  • Support internal communication, promoting clarity, belonging, and recognition of employees
  • Act as a link between leadership and employees, ensuring Easely's values and culture are lived daily.

Requirements

  • Degree completed or in progress in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Previous experience (including internships) in Recruitment and Selection
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized with strong attention to detail
  • Interest in people management, organizational culture, and human development
  • Comfortable working with Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and recruitment tools (e.g., Gupy, Kenoby, PandaHire, or similar)
