About the role

  • Generate and qualify new sales opportunities through active prospecting (email, phone, and LinkedIn).
  • Conduct initial conversations to understand the needs of producers and agribusiness companies and assess fit with EarthOptics solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline, and activities in CRM systems.
  • Work in partnership with Account Executives to schedule qualified meetings and support pipeline growth.
  • Research target accounts and agricultural markets to identify new business opportunities in Brazil.
  • Support the Customer Success team in creating reports for client meetings.
  • Identify and implement AI- or agent-based workflows to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of prospecting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Biology, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese.
  • Proficiency in English for internal communication.
  • Comfortable making calls and engaging with prospective customers.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) - a plus
  • Previous experience in startups - a plus
  • Experience in the agricultural sector or AgTech - a plus
  • Familiarity with the Brazilian agricultural market (soy, corn, sugarcane) - a plus
