Support administrative aspects of the hiring process, including drafting offer letters and sourcing
Assist with maintaining accurate recruiting data, documentation, and candidate records
Assign various required HR trainings for staff and assist with HR reports
Assist with HR projects as needed
Participate and observe in team meetings, as appropriate

Requirements

What you’ll need

Enrolled in a college/university program with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and May 2029.
Working knowledge of MS Office programs.
Strong attention to detail.
Great interpersonal skills – strong written and verbal communication skills, good listener, and able to troubleshoot issues.
Enjoys learning and working in team settings.
