About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Research and build targeted prospecting lists of potential licensee partners
- Drive outreach to prospective licensees
- Track and maintain pipeline status across client accounts
- Support the Director in deal negotiations
- Participate in client and licensee meetings
- Assist in preparing client-facing materials
- Help identify cross-client opportunities
- Support trade show strategy and execution
- Partner with the Brand & Product team and legal on deal flow logistics
- Maintain organized records of licensee contacts
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–4 years of experience in licensing, sales, business development, or a closely related field
- Strong prospecting and research instincts
- Comfort in client and licensee-facing settings
- Clear, persuasive written and verbal communication
- Familiarity with licensing deal structures
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus (Monday.com)
- Bachelor’s degree
