About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Research and build targeted prospecting lists of potential licensee partners
  • Drive outreach to prospective licensees
  • Track and maintain pipeline status across client accounts
  • Support the Director in deal negotiations
  • Participate in client and licensee meetings
  • Assist in preparing client-facing materials
  • Help identify cross-client opportunities
  • Support trade show strategy and execution
  • Partner with the Brand & Product team and legal on deal flow logistics
  • Maintain organized records of licensee contacts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–4 years of experience in licensing, sales, business development, or a closely related field
  • Strong prospecting and research instincts
  • Comfort in client and licensee-facing settings
  • Clear, persuasive written and verbal communication
  • Familiarity with licensing deal structures
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus (Monday.com)
  • Bachelor’s degree
