Application Programmer

• Feature Development Across Trust Domains: Plan, design, and ship features across the team's core services - KYC and identity verification, PII tokenization and the data vault, secure file ingest and scanning, and user deduplication. Break down complex problems, produce clean designs, and deliver maintainable, high-quality code.
• Own a Focus Area End to End: Take primary responsibility for a defined slice of Trust's surface area, calibrated with your manager based on team needs at the time of joining, driving design, implementation, rollout, and ongoing operations.
• System Design and Architecture: Make sound architectural decisions for backend services that must meet regulatory, security, and scalability requirements. Serve as a design reviewer for peers, weighing tradeoffs and helping the team converge on durable solutions.
• Cross-Team Integration: Partner with product and engineering teams onboarding to KYC, tokenization, filevaulting, and deduplication. Clearly communicate changes, write durable documentation, and run integration conversations so consumers can adopt Trust capabilities smoothly.
• Operational Excellence: Join the on-call rotation after onboarding. Contribute to observability, runbooks, and incident response so Trust services remain dependable for the teams that build on them.

Senior Software Engineer

General Counsel

• Serve as a senior member of the Legal team and the lead product lawyer for payroll and job applicant-related products and features
• Advise cross-functional partners on legal and regulatory issues related to payroll servicing, from early product design through launch and ongoing operations, including:
• Wage and hour compliance (federal, state, and local)
• Payroll processing, pay frequency, and final pay requirements
• Employee classification and related risk
• Payroll tax withholding, reporting, and funds flow
• Deductions, garnishments, and employer obligations
• Provide legal guidance on payments and money movement in the payroll context, including ACH, prefunding, settlement timing, and relationships with banks and payment processors
• Develop, share, and operationalize best practices for working with payroll vendors, payment processors, sponsor banks, and other financial partners
• Partner with product teams across the company to proactively identify regulatory risk, “look around corners,” and develop compliant, scalable solutions aligned with the product roadmap

Security Engineer

• Monitor active threats, perform in-depth analysis of AI-related attack vectors (e.g., prompt injection, model poisoning), and lead the development of comprehensive remediation plans.
• Monitor, audit, detect, and remediate critical security exposures across our cloud infrastructure.
• Respond to security incidents and manage the end-to-end incident response lifecycle.
• Implement advanced automation and AI agents for security tasks, including detection rule testing, auditing, metrics collection, and reporting to improve operational efficiency.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering teams to architect secure, scalable solutions, including implementing security guardrails and governance for AI/ML workloads, and evaluating third-party security tools.

• Own the full fraud policy lifecycle — spanning identity verification, account opening, deposits, card transactions, and key monetary actions — from signal analysis and risk design through rule implementation, monitoring, iteration, and ongoing optimization
• Proactively identify emerging fraud vectors and redesign controls before losses materialize
• Support AML rule design, simulation, and governance in partnership with Financial Crimes Compliance
