About the role
- Manage the achievement of ECIC’s Strategic Impact goals through project management.
- Supervise Administrative Coordinator(s) on the Strategic Impact team.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of detailed project plans.
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with colleagues and third parties.
- Track, measure, and analyze project progress and performance.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Develop program-specific materials to support fund development and marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- Five (5) years of work experience, including at least three (3) years leading large scale programs or projects; one (1) year of supervisory experience preferred.
- PMP, PgMP, CAPM and/or comparable project management certifications preferred.
- Highly skilled in Microsoft 365 applications – Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Highly skilled in using data management software and systems including CRMs.
- Excellent supervisory and leadership skills.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and vehicle or other ability of travel throughout Michigan, including overnight travel.
