About the role
- Advise our clients on Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM), including comprehensive analyses of enterprise architecture and identification of optimization opportunities
- Support and implement strategic EA plans to align with clients' business objectives
- Advise clients on the selection and implementation of modern architecture tools and technologies
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the area of Enterprise Architecture Management
- Develop and implement strategic measures for acquiring new clients
- Conduct needs assessments and create tailored solution approaches for prospective clients
- Lead EAM consulting projects from concept through successful delivery
- Coordinate and manage consultant teams to ensure excellent service delivery
- Monitor project objectives, budgets, and schedules, providing regular reports to senior management
- Maintain and nurture existing client relationships to build long-term partnerships
- Identify opportunities to expand the service offering for existing clients
- Ensure customer satisfaction and proactively resolve issues
Requirements
- Proven consulting experience of at least 3 years in Enterprise Architecture or related corporate governance topics
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Experience with EAM frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or BIZBOK
- Experience with EAM tools such as HOPEX, LeanIX, BizzDesign, planningIT, or ServiceNow
- Experience with process, architecture, or data modeling (BPMN, UML, ER modeling)
- Flexibility and mobility required in daily consulting operations
- Solid expertise in business processes, organizational structures, and IT/Enterprise Architecture
- Experience in project management and leading consulting teams
- Strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a professional demeanor
- Team-oriented working style with the ability to motivate and lead staff
- Conceptual skills, analytical thinking, enthusiasm, meticulous working style, and creativity
- German language skills at a minimum of C1 level
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
