About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist the Finance Manager in the day to day running of the Accounts Department for all Eakin Healthcare Companies
Process supplier Stock/non-stock invoices through Kefron AP
Manage and train users on Kefron AP
Reconcile Supplier Statements
Deal with supplier queries
Processing the payments
Reconcile Direct debits and PL payments on account
Month end accruals
Administer expense claims and company credit card submissions processes group wide
Maintain expense claim and credit card submission forms
Train staff members on submission processes
Collate sustainability information for submission to Sustainability Analyst
Processing banking
Bank Reconciliations (Holiday Cover)
Assisting with Month end Reporting duties when required
General Duties as and when needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience of working on an accounts team
Experience of Accounts Payable
Experience of Payroll processing
Good time management skills
Accounting Qualification (Degree, AAT or equivalent)
