About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Performs a wide variety of tasks directly related to the planning, development and advocacy of affordable housing projects
Finds and evaluates development opportunities, conducts initial feasibility analysis
Creates a development strategy; negotiates purchase agreements
Obtains project financing
Manages development team and ensures work is finished
Obtains public approval by developing and implementing community acceptance strategies
Monitors construction process and oversees draws
Works with and supports other EAH departments for communication exchange

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in architecture, real estate development, finance, planning, or construction management
Minimum 3 years of related work or field work experience in affordable housing development
