About the role
- Providing leadership and support to the Service Manager
- Coordinating and allocating repair orders to technicians
- Maintaining workshop efficiency and ensuring smooth workflow
- Monitoring the quality of all work performed and conducting quality checks
- Offering diagnostic and technical support to technicians
- Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships across all departments
- Assisting with escalated technical issues and repair concerns
- Ensuring compliance with safety, process, and manufacturer standards
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Workshop Controller, Foreman, and/ or Senior Technician
- Mechanical trade qualification
- Strong technical and diagnostic capability
- Excellent communication, leadership, and task‑management skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with high attention to detail
- Valid Australian working rights and current driver’s licence
