About the role
- Present finance and insurance products in a clear, easy-to-understand way
- Structure finance packages that meet customer needs and affordability
- Ensure all finance and insurance processes meet regulatory and company requirements
- Build strong relationships with guests throughout the purchase process
- Support a seamless handover from sales to delivery
- Work closely with the sales team to maximise conversion and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Experience in automotive finance and/or insurance preferred
- Proven track record in sales, finance, or lending environments
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of compliance obligations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Current driver’s licence and ability to gain required accreditations
- Australian working rights
