About the role
- Support the Sales Manager in daily operations and team supervision
- Assist in setting and achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Provide coaching, training, and motivation to the sales team
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences from enquiry to delivery
- Collaborate with the broader dealership team to streamline sales processes
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales is required , with leadership exposure
- Strong understanding of the sales process and customer journey
- Ability to lead by example and inspire high performance
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Current driver’s licence
- Australian working rights.
