About the role
- Deliver outstanding customer service aligned with luxury brand expectations
- Engage customers through professional communication and needs-based selling
- Present vehicles, features, and technology with confidence and enthusiasm
- Assist with test drives, enquiries, follow-ups, and vehicle deliveries
- Support the sales process from initial contact through to handover
- Maintain showroom and vehicle presentation to a high standard
- Work collaboratively within a high-performing sales team
Requirements
- Passion for automotive brands, performance vehicles, and customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and develop sales skills (training provided for trainees)
- Ability to work weekends and within a team environment
- Previous sales or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential
