About the role
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and KPIs
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies for improvement
- Provide coaching, training, and ongoing support to team members
- Oversee the full sales process and ensure compliance with company standards
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and vehicle delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role within automotive sales
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the retail sales process
- Ability to inspire and manage a high-performing team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Current and valid driver’s licence
- Full Australian working rights.
