Requirements
- Proven sales experience - rapport building, negotiation, and closing with integrity.
- Sharp discovery skills - asking better questions to unlock better customer outcomes.
- A can‑do attitude and team-first approach - energy, resilience, and maturity on the floor.
- Financial Services/F&I experience - consumer & commercial quoting, applications, and insurer/financier liaison.
- Comfort with compliance-driven processes and tech-savvy basics.
- A current driver’s licence.
