About the role
- Assist with processing vehicle sales, registrations, and general documentation
- Maintain accurate records and data entry in dealership systems
- Provide administrative support to sales, service, and finance teams
- Cover reception and manage incoming customer calls in a friendly, professional manner
- Post engaging dealership updates, sales news, and stories across social media platforms
- Respond to internal and external queries promptly and professionally
- Contribute to a smooth and efficient daily workflow across departments
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administration or clerical role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident with Microsoft Office and data entry systems
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- A team player with a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and content posting (training provided)
