About the role
- Accurately interpret and source parts for workshop, retail, and trade customers
- Process orders, quotes, and invoices in line with dealership procedures
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of parts catalogues and manufacturer systems
- Manage stock levels, incoming deliveries, and returns
- Provide prompt and professional service to both internal teams and external clients
Requirements
- Experience is preferred not essential
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Current driver’s licence
