About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the entire recruitment-sales cycle – from lead generation to closing deals and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
Acquiring new clients and driving business development.
Creating and executing a strategic sales plan to expand our client base and global reach.
Negotiating terms with both clients and candidates.
Advising clients and supporting them in filling open positions with qualified professionals.
Identifying and proactively sourcing qualified candidates through various channels and networking.
Overseeing the entire recruitment process and conducting contract negotiations with clients and candidates.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven sales ability with high motivation, ambition and initiative.
Experience in business development is an advantage.
Experience in recruiting.
IT vocational training or a university degree.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
