About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the entire recruitment-sales cycle – from lead generation to closing deals and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Acquiring new clients and driving business development.
- Creating and executing a strategic sales plan to expand our client base and global reach.
- Negotiating terms with both clients and candidates.
- Advising clients and supporting them in filling open positions with qualified professionals.
- Identifying and proactively sourcing qualified candidates through various channels and networking.
- Overseeing the entire recruitment process and conducting contract negotiations with clients and candidates.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven sales ability with high motivation, ambition and initiative.
- Experience in business development is an advantage.
- Experience in recruiting.
- IT vocational training or a university degree.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
