About the role

  • Lead SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, conversions, and transformation projects
  • Manage project scope, budget, schedule, risks, and quality KPIs
  • Lead international project teams and external vendors/consultants
  • Stakeholder management up to C-level, including workshops, steering committees, and change management
  • Ensure IT security, compliance, governance, and adherence to best practices

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years' experience in IT project management, ideally in SAP S/4HANA environments
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, including FI/CO, MM, SD, PS, VIM, FSM modules
  • Experience with project management methodologies: PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, SAFe
  • Excellent German and English language skills
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in international, cross-functional teams
