About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver and manage implementations of PTC data management tools, including the Windchill suite, according to project plans and Statements of Work.
Execute project tasks within timelines and budget constraints while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.
Support customer implementations through system setup, deployment, and solution execution.
Install, configure, rehost, and upgrade Windchill solutions and applicable third-party software.
Configure client solutions to meet technical and business requirements.
Assist with workflow modifications, configuration changes, and change-management updates within Windchill.
Document solution designs, use cases, configuration changes, customizations, and case studies.
Translate business and technical requirements into implementation plans and system configurations.
Maintain accurate project and technical documentation throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Communicate with clients throughout the implementation and design process.
Provide technical support, mentoring, and guidance on system functionality, workflows, change management, content management, and configurations.
Serve as a point of contact for implementation questions and issue resolution.
Contribute to process improvement, knowledge sharing, and Windchill and PLM best practices.
Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must currently reside in the USA and meet federal contractor requirements.
Must have PTC Windchill software experience and knowledge.
2–3 years of experience managing product information or product data using PTC tools.
1–2 years of system administrator experience in CAD, IT, or data management environments.
Experience with Windchill installation, configuration, and migration.
Working knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) business processes.
Experience with Change Management, including process analysis, design, and configuration within PDMLink, preferred.
Experience with Windchill Foundation, BOM / Configuration Management, MPMLink, ERP Connector, and ESI preferred.
Java, SQL, and REST experience preferred.
Windchill+ experience highly preferred.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, project teams, and internal stakeholders.
Ability to provide technical mentoring and customer support clearly and professionally.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Ability to work independently with focus, discipline, and accountability.
Ability to work successfully in deadline-driven environments and adapt to changing priorities.
Ability to collaborate effectively while maintaining productivity and output.
Ability to perform well in high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to travel to sites throughout North America as needed; some overnight travel may be required.
