About the role
- WordPress Development: Manage and optimize the company's WordPress website, using custom code and the Divi theme to ensure performance and attractive design.
- AI Web Development Tools: Utilize AI tools for web development such as Lovable, Bolt.new, and V0.dev to create innovative elements and pages.
- Visual & Video Content Creation: Produce high-quality visual content and videos using AI tools like Canva, Leonardo.ai, and text-to-video platforms for digital marketing campaigns.
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to define and implement strategies that increase website traffic, engagement, and brand visibility.
- Technological Innovation: Bring fresh and innovative ideas to campaigns, helping Jolera stand out in the market through emerging technologies.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends in web development, WordPress, AI, and content creation tools.
- Present portfolio: Be prepared to present a portfolio demonstrating creative and strategic capabilities.
- Drive digital transformation: Be a key player in Jolera's digital transformation and contribute directly to marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- We’re looking for naturally creative individuals who think outside the box and can bring fresh, bold ideas to the table.
- Strong critical thinking skills and a strategic mindset are essential
- Proven experience in WordPress development, with solid knowledge of the Divi theme and custom code
- Proficiency with AI tools for website creation (Lovable, Bolt.new, V0.dev, etc.)
- Skill with creative tools such as Canva and Leonardo.ai (text-to-image)
- Experience with text-to-video AI tools for creating engaging video content
- Knowledge of modern SEO techniques and website optimization for search engines
- Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and how to apply them to expand online presence
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team
- Familiarity with digital marketing analytics tools
- Preferred: Experience with additional AI tools and their applications in digital marketing
- Preferred: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Preferred: Portfolio demonstrating previous projects with WordPress, AI-generated videos, and other AI tools
