About the role
- Definition and execution of content strategies (social media, email marketing and blog/website) based on each client’s objectives
- Development of brand guidelines, focusing on language guidelines, tone of voice, etc.
- Always-on editorial planning and integrated campaign planning for social media
- Strategic copywriting and creative direction for different formats and platforms
- Definition and monitoring of KPIs according to each brand’s objectives
- Analysis of organic and paid content performance, generating insights and optimizations
- Preparation of strategic presentations and reports
- Interface with areas such as creative, media and account management, ensuring alignment and smooth processes
- Support in organizing workflow and managing the editorial schedule for the team (copywriters and art directors)
Requirements
- Knowledge of branding, brand positioning and narrative development
- Experience managing teams and organizing processes
- Strategic mindset and familiarity with 360-degree campaigns
