About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

  • Analyze workforce trends, labor utilization, and attendance patterns to identify risks and provide actionable recommendations
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies, job coding conflicts, and labor allocation issues
  • Partner with field leadership for corrective actions on attendance, productivity, and compliance
  • Interpret and analyze project data including headcount forecasts and labor cost trends
  • Oversee end-to-end onboarding strategy and ensure compliance with training requirements
  • Partner with Project Managers for alignment between labor, schedule, and operational priorities
  • Lead coordination of site-level operational meetings and track follow-ups
  • Analyze and coordinate travel logistics and maintain cost efficiency
  • Identify inefficiencies in workforce management and develop process improvements
  • Provide direct supervision and support to Administrative Coordinators

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years in construction, telecom, or project coordination
  • Experience with workforce/labor management, project reporting / analytics, multi-team coordination
  • Experience leading or overseeing administrative or support personnel
  • Strong ownership mindset and accountability
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis capability
  • Working knowledge of P6, labor tracking, and forecasting
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to influence without authority
