Key responsibilities & impact

Establish and lead a standardized logistics program across all hyperscale sites
Develop and implement scalable logistics strategies to support multi-region, multi-client growth
Provide leadership and accountability for Regional Logistics Managers
Drive a culture of accountability, urgency, and operational excellence across all logistics functions
Own full lifecycle management of all materials, including procurement and delivery scheduling
Implement and enforce standardized processes for material tracking and accountability
Communicate proactively with clients, field teams, and leadership on material issues
Drive continuous improvement by identifying root causes and implementing preventative measures

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or equivalent experience
OSHA 10 required, OSHA 30 preferred
Demonstrated expertise in logistics management, ideally within hyperscale data center settings
Proficient leadership capabilities, adept at fostering and guiding top-tier teams
Outstanding communication and interpersonal proficiencies
Track record in warehouse site selection and vendor oversight
Well-versed in industry standards and forthcoming logistics trends
Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and collaborative skills
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Disciplined, detail-oriented, organized, and thorough self-starter
