About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, update, and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
- Align schedules with project scope, budget, and resource plans
- Consolidate multiple schedules into integrated master schedules
- Coordinate dependencies and interfaces between projects
- Conduct critical path, float, and schedule risk analyses
- Identify schedule variances and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with cost engineers and project managers to align schedule and cost data
- Provide earned value analysis and progress reporting
- Apply PMO governance, scheduling standards, and best practices
- Maintain consistent coding structures, calendars, and resource assignments
- Facilitate schedule reviews and provide actionable reporting to project leadership and stakeholders
- Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives
- Model safe behavior and support compliance with nuclear quality assurance requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
- An advanced degree is preferred
- Alternatively, an additional 4 years of directly applicable working experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Minimum 5 years of full-time project scheduling experience within large-scale projects or programs
- At least 5 years working with Primavera P6
- First-hand project experience in nuclear power plant outages or nuclear projects
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to coordinate conflicting demands and priorities and manage complex programs/projects with multiple work phases
- Strong technical writing, communication, computer, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Eligible to work under Department of Energy regulation 10 CFR, Part 810
- Understanding of 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, 10 CFR 21, and NQA-1 quality assurance regulations, standards, and guidelines
- Ability to travel nationally and locally

- Must be able to pass applicable background checks, drug testing, and/or fit-for-duty physical examination after accepting an offer
