About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive and direct all recruitment efforts and processes
- Source and engage candidates across multiple industries
- Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent
- Be an exceptional leader and have a strong commitment to the success of the organization
- Recruit talent through multiple social media platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter
- Develop and track measurable facets of the recruiting and hiring process
- Review applicants, evaluate position requirements, conduct prescreening interviews
- Document and present detailed progress reports of recruiting campaigns
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelors’ Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of relevant recruiting experience in a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter role
- Strong knowledge of labor market trends and sourcing techniques
- Experience supporting unionized environments or regulated industries preferred
- Familiarity with utility roles (electric, gas, water, renewable energy, infrastructure)
- Knowledge of compliance requirements (EEO, OFCCP, affirmative action)
- Innovative, creative problem-solving mindset
- Knowledge of iCIMS ATS system preferred
- Proven strong interpersonal skills, candidate sourcing and relationship building skills
- Strong computer skills including the MS Office suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- An extremely high sense of urgency and ability to work in fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
