About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive and direct all recruitment efforts and processes
  • Source and engage candidates across multiple industries
  • Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent
  • Be an exceptional leader and have a strong commitment to the success of the organization
  • Recruit talent through multiple social media platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Develop and track measurable facets of the recruiting and hiring process
  • Review applicants, evaluate position requirements, conduct prescreening interviews
  • Document and present detailed progress reports of recruiting campaigns

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelors’ Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant recruiting experience in a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter role
  • Strong knowledge of labor market trends and sourcing techniques
  • Experience supporting unionized environments or regulated industries preferred
  • Familiarity with utility roles (electric, gas, water, renewable energy, infrastructure)
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements (EEO, OFCCP, affirmative action)
  • Innovative, creative problem-solving mindset
  • Knowledge of iCIMS ATS system preferred
  • Proven strong interpersonal skills, candidate sourcing and relationship building skills
  • Strong computer skills including the MS Office suite
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • An extremely high sense of urgency and ability to work in fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
