About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive and direct all recruitment efforts and processes
Source and engage candidates across multiple industries
Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent
Be an exceptional leader and have a strong commitment to the success of the organization
Recruit talent through multiple social media platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter
Develop and track measurable facets of the recruiting and hiring process
Review applicants, evaluate position requirements, conduct prescreening interviews
Document and present detailed progress reports of recruiting campaigns

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors’ Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
Minimum 5 years of relevant recruiting experience in a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter role
Strong knowledge of labor market trends and sourcing techniques
Experience supporting unionized environments or regulated industries preferred
Familiarity with utility roles (electric, gas, water, renewable energy, infrastructure)
Knowledge of compliance requirements (EEO, OFCCP, affirmative action)
Innovative, creative problem-solving mindset
Knowledge of iCIMS ATS system preferred
Proven strong interpersonal skills, candidate sourcing and relationship building skills
Strong computer skills including the MS Office suite
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
An extremely high sense of urgency and ability to work in fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
