Initiate projects and develop scope, schedule, and budget
Plan, schedule, and coordinate engineering/design work phases
Provide QA/QC oversight for deliverables
Develop specifications, documents, and requirements
Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Business Administration degree
5+ years of experience creating and updating project scope, schedule and budget
5+ years of experience working in substation design or similar with utility or consulting engineering firm
Proficient using Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
Basic written and verbal communication skills
