About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support delivery of a consistent, high-quality customer experience
  • Strengthen CX governance, process visibility, and cross-functional coordination
  • Monitor and assess complaint records for consistency and completeness
  • Identify gaps or inconsistencies in complaint documentation
  • Facilitate follow-up with appropriate teams when documentation is incomplete
  • Identify recurring complaint patterns and elevate systemic risks
  • Provide solutions and coordinate with key stakeholders
  • Facilitate access to quality-related documentation for customer requests
  • Track documentation request trends
  • Coordinate customer documentation requests in alignment with Quality and Regulatory teams
  • Gather required inputs and documentation to support label updates
  • Track and report trends related to label deviations or governance bypasses
  • Serve as the CX Quality & Technical liaison for material creation and change requests
  • Monitor complaint data integrity and classification consistency

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • College diploma in related field preferred
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in food manufacturing environment preferred
  • Experience supporting commercial, master data, or quality processes within SAP Required
  • Strong Critical Thinking Skills
  • Problem Solving Skills
  • Analytical Mindset
