About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure ITIL Service Transition activities are governed, executed, and supported in alignment with the ITIL service model
- Drive process simplification, standardization, and continuous improvement across change and release enablement practices
- Collaborate on ServiceNow enhancements, including workflow improvements, automation opportunities, and reporting capabilities
- Partner with engineering and development teams to evolve change and release practices, supporting increased efficiency, automation, and alignment with modern delivery models
- Monitor and report on key Change Management metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership
- Support audit and compliance activities through accurate, complete, and defensible documentation
- Facilitate CAB meetings, ensuring effective decision-making, readiness, and clear stakeholder communication
- Serve as a subject matter expert and resource to business partners and team members, providing guidance on change and release processes
- Review and validate change records for completeness, accuracy, CI alignment, and appropriate risk classification
- Monitor and report on key metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Support audit and compliance activities with clear, defensible documentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
- 5+ years of experience in related field. In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field.
- Experience working in a hybrid model with internal teams and managed service providers
- Experience facilitating CAB or similar governance forums
- Familiarity with CMDB and CI relationships
- Experience driving process improvements or platform enhancements
