About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Leads an IT Solution Delivery team responsible for the successful delivery of enterprise-wide projects.
  • Aligns and guides business partners and collaborates on Delivery roadmap to meet KPIs and Milestones.
  • Manages ongoing maintenance of related systems.
  • Delivers complex communication of status and issues to senior leadership, VPs, and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Accountable for managing relationships with internal and external business stakeholders, vendors, and other delivery partners.
  • Performs analytic functions and coaches team members in technical and analytical production.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
  • 3+ years plus of leading IT deployment teams.
  • 8+ years of experience in related field.
  • In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in related field.
  • Bonus Points: Payer/Provider clinical data exchange use-cases background in SMART on FHIR Applications and strategies, Electronic Prior Authorization (ePA), Quality Care Gaps, Risk Adjustment (HCCs), HEDIS, FHIR Implementation Guides, Epic Payer Platform integration and operations, or similar experiences on the Hospital Information Systems roles for the same criteria.
  • Knowledge in interoperability and HL7 FHIR, FHIR work groups and governing bodies (Da Vinci, Carin, Sequoia, NCQA, CMS, etc.)
