About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide oversight and coordination of departmental strategic planning, business and workforce plan development
Lead the creation of the departmental strategic plan, focused business growth objectives and enterprise goals
Manage the overall workforce plan and staffing models
Facilitate the adoption of standard operating procedures and processes for the department
Lead and coordinate work for special projects or initiatives for the division as assigned
Lead the consolidation and standardization of data analysis and reporting for relevant business operations
Coordinate divisional budget analysis and review progress against administrative cost reduction goals

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
8+ years of experience in related field
In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in related field
Clinical background strongly preferred
Ability to quickly interpret, synthesize, and translate complex data
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and develop presentations on tight timelines
Innovative thinker with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
