About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in supporting the ongoing maintenance of the Compliance Program
Maintain documentation supporting compliance program activities, including policies, procedures, and program records
Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance-related processes
Handle special projects for the department/division/segment as assigned
Track internal and external audits, monitoring activities, and regulatory reviews
Monitor progress of CAPs and follow up with business owners to support timely resolution
Consolidate and standardize data analysis and reporting for relevant business operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
0-2 years of experience in related field
In lieu of degree, 3+ years of experience in related field
Experience in Medicaid strongly preferred
Knowledge of Child Welfare System
