About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist in supporting the ongoing maintenance of the Compliance Program
  • Maintain documentation supporting compliance program activities, including policies, procedures, and program records
  • Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance-related processes
  • Handle special projects for the department/division/segment as assigned
  • Track internal and external audits, monitoring activities, and regulatory reviews
  • Monitor progress of CAPs and follow up with business owners to support timely resolution
  • Consolidate and standardize data analysis and reporting for relevant business operations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
  • 0-2 years of experience in related field
  • In lieu of degree, 3+ years of experience in related field
  • Experience in Medicaid strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of Child Welfare System
